Commercial Recovery, Inc. was founded in 1969 with the philosophy that fundamental building blocks of a successful creditor must combine sound commercial debt management with timely action. Since day one CRI has implemented practices of investigation and research to streamline and increase the successful recovery of monies in the ever changing landscape of the commercial credit world.
As our founder Daniel Koppit said, “Every account is individual, stands on its own, and must be addressed on its own merits.” Over 50 years later this belief holds true more than ever.
Bryan Koppit- President has over 30 years of professional experience handling commercial debt collections after joining his father at CRI. This includes overseeing all aspects of collecting, especially civil lawsuits. As he says, “I have seen and heard it all in the past 30 years and I owe it all to my father.” He was truly a master of the industry, I learned from him, and stepped into his shoes.
Mark Giunchigliani-VP Operations has nearly 40 years of collection agency experience first starting with Transworld Systems in 1983. Joining Bryan in 2000 as Daniel was winding down at CRI he brings his technical and operational skills to the firm. After learning all he could with several collection and collection support firms he has worked on every technical aspect of the firm to support our clients. As he says, “what sets CRI apart is our high rate of recovery, exemplary service to clients, and making us true partners with them.”
